Harbourside HQ – 8 Lam Chak Street
The Group bought the whole Grade A office building with three other JV partners via a consortium arrangement. With a total GFA of approximately 700,000 sq. ft., the building underwent extensive upgrade and refurbishment works to upgrade the main lobby, glass curtain wall, and external façade to successfully reposition this Grade A office building. It has become a mecca for new tenants including banking middle office, TMT hubs and co-working centers to improve rental yields.
