The building, with a total GFA of approximately 62,000 sq.ft., is situated at the junction of Nathan Road and Jordan Road and directly opposite to Jordan MTR station. The building had undergone substantial improvement works to its façade, signage, main lobby, lifts, lift lobbies and washrooms and the Group has brought in a leading Hong Kong medical service provider, the Hong Kong Health Check and Medical Diagnostic Centre Limited, as the anchor tenant occupying most of the office floors.  The successful transformation to a dedicated medical service-oriented commercial tower is a showcase of the Group’s expertise in upgrading and repositioning properties and substantially improving rental yields post exercise.
