The old Novotel Hong Kong Nathan Road Kowloon (“Novotel Hotel”) has already begun the redevelopment plan since September 2021. Demolition of the hotel has already completed while foundation works are in progress. The redevelopment plan is a joint commercial and residential tower at the site. The Group has a joint venture partner, Canadian Pension Plan Investment Board, to jointly redevelop this prime site in Kowloon.
